Hartfield: Monday reports without the Monday scramble
Challenge
Hartfield’s operations lead spent the first half of Monday exporting reports, fixing mismatched totals and pasting them into a deck. The figures were already late by the time anyone discussed them.
Solution
We agreed five numbers that actually change decisions, connected the exports, and added a private assistant that drafts the Monday note from those figures. A person still checks the note before it is sent.
Results
The Monday meeting starts from the same five numbers. The lead reviews a draft instead of building the report, and mismatches are flagged when the data arrives, not the next morning.
