Who we are

This website is operated by secany – IT Solutions (“secany”, “we”). Contact us at hello@secany.eu.

Add the registered company name, address and company ID here before you publish this policy. This text is a working draft and should be reviewed for your actual setup.

What we collect

If you send the contact form, the estimate form or a booking request, we collect the details you type: name, email, company, phone if you give it, and the project information.

The server may also store a technical log of the request, such as the time it arrived, so we can protect the form from spam.

Why we use it

We use those details to reply to you, prepare an estimate, and book a call if you ask for one. The legal basis is steps toward a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering people who write to us.

We do not sell your details. We do not use them for a mailing list unless you ask to hear from us later.

Analytics

If analytics are enabled, we use Plausible, a privacy-friendly tool that does not use marketing cookies and does not track you across other sites. Until a domain is connected, the site does not load an analytics script.

Because that setup does not use marketing cookies, the site does not show a cookie banner by default.

Booking calendar

The booking page may embed a calendar from Cal.com or Calendly. If it is embedded, that provider receives the technical data needed to show the calendar and the details you enter there. Their own privacy notice applies to that part of the page.

You can always book by email instead.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to reply and to keep a record of the conversation, and then for the period we must keep business records. You can ask us to delete a request that did not become a contract.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them where the law allows. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

To use these rights, email hello@secany.eu. We may need to confirm it is you before we change or delete anything.
