secany is an IT studio for small and mid-size businesses. We take on the online system as a whole: the software, the store, the automation and the way customers find you.
Most of the companies we talk to do not have a missing website. They have five tools that do not agree, a page that does not explain the offer, and a person who keeps it all moving by hand.
We start by understanding that mess, write a scope, build the part that removes the most friction, and stay to keep it running. You work with the people doing the work.

Scope before build
Nothing large starts until the scope is written and agreed. Surprises belong in discovery, not in the invoice.

We agree what will be different when the work is done, in words a customer or a colleague would recognize.
We stay after launch
A launch is the start of the system running, not the end of the relationship. Support is part of the offer, not an afterthought.
