Challenge
Northline sold through a store, a sales inbox and a spreadsheet. Stock figures disagreed, and every order was copied into the warehouse tool by one person.
Solution
We connected the store to stock and shipping, wrote the rules for when an order is ready, and gave the team one screen for exceptions. The people who run the warehouse helped set the rules before we built them.
Results
Orders no longer wait on a single inbox. The team handles exceptions instead of retyping every order, and the store and the warehouse read the same stock figure.
